Forest Laboratories Completes Acquisition of Cerexa
Alameda, CA - January 11, 2007Forest Laboratories Inc. (NYSE: FRX) has completed its previously announced acquisition of Cerexa Inc. for $480 million plus a potential $100 million milestone payment.
